I started in the mortgage industry in 2003, at the age of 24 years old. My first experience with real estate was when I bought my first pre-foreclosed home at the age of 21. 
Over the year's I has worked with a full range of borrowers, however I especially enjoy working with First Time Home-buyers. I strives to make sure first time home-buyers are comfortable with their new home purchase and fully understand the mortgage and real estate transaction. Purchasing a home can be very exciting and stressful at times. My experience with the mortgage process allows me to help and guide my clients to the result they are looking for, importantly always setting the expectations upfront. 
Actively working as a real estate agent with my mortgage finance background has allowed me to provide strategic planning and negotiations for my clients. 

As an agent who's been working in the area for over 15 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying, selling and financing real estate.  It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I am eager to serve you.  

I continually educate myself to expand my knowledge in the area of home ownership.  I currently hold a Bachelors in Business Finance and I am attending Georgetown University to full fill my Master in Real Estate degree.  I take pride in my business and care for each and every client.

When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.  Many times I am able to bring a buyer into your home quickly by utilizing my existing database of 1000's of past clients.

Often times buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar.
